The obligations of the Concessionaire under Operations and Maintenance are - Permitting safe, smooth and uninterrupted flow of traffic on the project highway, temporary traffic management in the event of accidents, carrying out periodic preventive maintenance of the project highway, undertaking routine and major maintenance , preventing any unauthorized use of the project highway, general cleaning, maintenance of toll collection system, landscaping, road furniture, drainage system, pavement, street lighting etc.
